In 2014 I visited a small area in the south west of Poland. I stopped in Wroclaw, the largest city in western Poland, Oswiecim, sadly known for the atrocious mass exterminations at Auschwitz-Birkenau during World War II, and Ślęża Landscape Park, a protected and uncontaminated area where people can find serenity by getting in contact with nature.

The map above (from maps.google.com) shows the road trip with my main stops.
